About
United Downs Raceway is an oval motorsport venue located at St Day near Redruth in Cornwall, England, and serves as the principal short-oval stock car racing circuit in the southwest of the United Kingdom.
Situated on former mining land in the Cornish countryside, the venue attracts competitors and spectators from across Cornwall, Devon, and southern England. For BriSCA-style racing, the circuit features a compact shale/clay oval measuring approximately 300–330 metres. Its tight and technical layout promotes close pack racing and controlled contact, making it a challenging and entertaining track on the southern BriSCA calendar.
